Shipping and Delivery

EliteLux ships Golden Designs (GDI) products to eligible destinations. Shipping availability, cost, and estimated delivery timing depend on the product and delivery address. We will contact you if your location requires special arrangements or additional charges before accepting the order.

Saunas are generally delivered by freight truck on a pallet. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window. Standard freight delivery is curbside or at the end of the driveway. Inside delivery, assembly, and installation are not included unless expressly stated in your order.

Please tell us before ordering if a large truck may have trouble accessing your address because of a long driveway, narrow road, low trees, stairs, or similar obstacles. When delivery arrives, inspect the cartons and note visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Contact EliteLux promptly at corywinston1990@gmail.com with photos of any damage.
